Just completed the inspection on the house, with HouseMaster. Would definitely recommend them if they are available in your area. The men we had were thorough and professional, and answered all of my questions, and made recommendations on improvements, and maintenance.
Anyway, the house looks good. The structure on the 50+ year old house, looks younger than that and the roof needs to be replaced in a couple years, but has no leaks, or major structural damage. Minor electrical work needs to be done, but that's extremely minor.
In a couple days we should be able to close! Yippee!
